A Chicago native, Shola moved to the Washington DC area after receiving his Bachelors of Fine Art Degree from Northern Illinois University's School of Art and Design. Working in the DC metro area for over ten years, he recognizes there isn't a one-size-fits-all formula for success. Whether working with startups just finding their feet or established institutions with decades of history.  Shola's creative process flexes and propels each client's story forward, connecting client's brands to their audiences.

In 2016, Shola started ABIDA DESIGN, a creative advisory consultant group, where each assignment is unique and is measured against its own individual set of objectives.  His results are always the same: visually compelling stories that solve problems. 

When Shola is not designing, you can find him tinkering on a DIY project, helping a friend move, attending concerts/festivals, traveling, hiking trails, or enjoying a good meal one bite at a time.
